Chat limited launch
Open DigiHoosh Chat. This guide covers the current limited launch. Available models and usage depend on your account and organization. Developer Dashboard and API guides remain previews.
Sign in with your phone
- Choose Continue with phone and enter your name and phone number.
- For an Iranian mobile, enter a number starting with
09, such as09120000000; you do not need the country code. Persian, Arabic-Indic and other decimal phone digits are recognized. Spaces, hyphens and parentheses are accepted. Existing explicit international numbers remain supported. - Read and accept the SMS delivery consent. Farapayamak sends the sign-in message; Chat does not automatically switch to another channel.
- Choose Send code, then enter the six-digit code from your SMS and choose Sign in. The code accepts Latin, Persian or Arabic-Indic digits.
A code lasts five minutes and can be used once. Requesting a new code invalidates the previous one. Sending and verification limits apply; an accepted send does not guarantee delivery. Requesting a code alone does not create an account or sign you in. If delivery is unavailable or the code does not arrive, use your usual support channel. Do not send anyone your code, password, cookies or tokens.
How long sign-in lasts
New sessions stay signed in for up to seven days without active use. Returning and using the visible app renews that window, up to thirty days from the original sign-in. An open idle tab or background refresh does not renew it. After either deadline, sign in again; your account and saved conversations remain.
Closing and reopening the same normal browser profile does not itself sign you out. Sign out and authorized session revocation take effect immediately. Private browsing, clearing browser data or using a different website address can require another sign-in.
Start a conversation and find history
Choose New chat, select an available model, enter your message and send it. The starter cards put a suggested question into the message box for review before you send it. Standard is the default reasoning mode; Deep think can take longer and use more tokens.
Saved conversations appear in the side menu after sign-in without another refresh. On a phone, use Open chat history. Choose a conversation to reopen it; New chat keeps history available and starts a separate conversation. A conversation keeps its original model. If that model is no longer available, you can still read its history and start a new chat with an available model.
Each conversation receives a short title from its first message. Long history scrolls separately from the account area. Close the phone history menu with its close button, the shaded backdrop or Escape. If you kept a tab open during an update, refresh it once to load the latest interface.
Change your displayed name
Open Settings, edit Name, and choose Save name. A success message confirms the change. If saving fails, the entered name remains available for another attempt; the saved account name does not change until the request succeeds. Settings closes with its close button, Escape or a click outside the window.
Read answers, stop and retry
Answers appear incrementally. Stop cancels the active request and keeps any partial answer already displayed. Failed, stopped or incomplete answers are not treated as completed conversation context. When a request fails, read the notice before choosing Try again.
Answers support formatted text, links, code, tables and mathematics. Wide tables and formulas scroll within the answer. Raw HTML and remote images are not activated. A generated answer can be inaccurate; independently verify important information.
Follow-up requests can use recent completed messages from the same conversation: at most twenty complete user-and-assistant turns and40,000 historical characters. Whole oldest turns are omitted when a limit is reached. This is not long-term memory: a new chat does not receive messages from your other chats.
Settings, language and usage
The language control switches between English and Farsi. Dates use the Gregorian calendar in English and the Shamsi calendar in Farsi. Message text follows its own language direction, including while an answer streams. Chat follows your device's light or dark appearance.
When available, Settings shows your current package, your own Chat allowance and the organization's aggregate allowance. Developer API credit is separate. An unavailable allowance shows an error and retry; it is not reported as zero. Settings does not expose another member's personal usage or payment/invoice controls.
Current limits
Google sign-in, file upload, camera capture, chat deletion and speech-to-text are not available in the current Chat release. There is also no web search, tool use, custom system prompt or retrieval from other conversations. The attachment control does not enable uploading a file.
If a model or service is temporarily unavailable, follow the displayed message rather than repeatedly sending the same request. For help, provide only the failed request's status, error code and request ID through your usual support channel; omit private messages, phone numbers, codes, cookies and tokens.
